Well I haven't been recording...as last week was a Covid Quarantine week since someone at work tested positive. BUT I did work out 5 days last week and did ok with my eating.
Hope everyone is staying healthy!!!
125.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
