Eating only Low Carb foods.
Watching my sugars. (Diabetes Type 2)

Past holidays I gained about 15 lbs. It seems to be dropping quick this first week back on the wagon.

196.4 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.6 lb a week
