I went to the gym and was making sure I was doing more at home and on the 5th day I still hadn't lost anything, Day 6 I lost 1 pound, Day 10 I had lost 4 pounds (3 more) and I had stayed at home for 3 days from the gym. Give it time, I know how frustrating it can get, just stick with it.

If you have just started working out or your muscles are sore from working out, they are retaining water (they get tears and water helps them heal). It can make the scale go up or stay the same. It's only temporary and will go away when your muscles get used to the workout. Plus, you can stay the same for a week and then drop 5 pounds. Just keep going, you are doing great. It will show on the scale and in your clothes soon.
