Monday 10 January 2011. My Shrink says to weigh naked once a week. He says get up and potty, then weigh in.
Something I also have to change is my eating habits. I eat when I am stressed, mad, sad and just feeling down.
I often feel down alot because I have so many Diseases and syndromes, which will not ever go away. I am being treated for the symptoms with medications. Some medications are to slow the diseases down.
I cry often when I think about being sick. I need to turn my mind to something positive. In the past it was food. I NEED HELP finding another solution to change to.
