33.8% bodyfat.
Yesterday was rough. I didn't feel particularly hungry, but I was stuck driving, learning code and dealing with my daughter's school most of the day.
Would like to start exercising again, but my shoulder is still jacked.
I'll code for a couple hours and then take the dog for a walk.
222.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
