I just haven't gotten my ass back in the swing of working out! Only worked out on Monday of last week. Met a new someone and have been having too much fun with him to "worry" about exercising.....sometimes you just gotta live life!!!! Really do want to get back on exercising this week though!!!! I've been eating ok, but not tracking it. At least the weight has stayed off.
123.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
