Had a great bike ride yesterday. I took the river trail from Redwood multipurpose center to the International Peace gardens, one of my favorite parks in the valley. It was cold, around 35F, but I rode hard enough to work up a sweat.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
