gooooooooooood monday...yes monday morning...lol...im up an getting ready to head to the gym ...decided just to leave an be there by 4am since ive gotten into a habit already...alittle warmer this morning...28 with a wind chill of 18...so almost a heat wave..lol..they say snow is coming later today...anywhere from 1-6...depending on how lucky or unlucky you get...i really dont care..to me its just another workout..if it snows i shovel...and not sure about the gym...if it dont snow that much.. its gym time for sure...so ...either way i get a greatttttttt workout...and really thats what its all about ...gettin some kind of a workout to burn off the food you eat thru the day...and not just sitting around an letting it pile on again...taking 2 days off could be habit forming...lol..but im ready to get back into the gym and burn off any calories i might of ate extra over the weekend...i tryied to stick with the menu an not over eat, but when you inside all the time...and its here to temp you...hard not to end up in the kitchen thinkin what can i eat...thats good and tasty and not that many calories...most times you dont care..an you just pick what your body is craving...for me it was crackers...but least i can report the scales are still smiling....have a great one...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU
ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR
TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS....KEEP INCREASING THE
EXERCISE !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST
CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY
GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO
300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. WATCH FOR THE HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD
7. DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY FOR RECOVERY FROM WORKOUTS !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART
MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO
BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!
10. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF !!!!!!

11. AND AS LISA ONLINE WOULD SAY...."Have Fun"! TOWANDA!!!!!

Wow your gym opens early. I was exercising early this morning too. It feels good when you can wake up on your own without the alarm blaring. lol I switched it up today and did m kettle bells and will do Debbie tonight. Hope you have a great day and don't get too much snow. Challenge day today....

i set my alarm clock every nite..hate to sleep thru a workout...and every morning...well most mornings i wake up before it goes off...as the week goes by...i get closer to the time its about to go off...lol...switching the workouts is good..keeps your body guessing..
