34.5% body fat.
Walked 15,292 steps today. Played around with protein powder ice cream.
It tastes like shit because I used cheap, unflavored whey protein powder.
Did some resistance band rehab work on my shoulders. I want to start playing with dumbbells again. Maybe in a week or two.
228.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
