Bodyfat 34.2%
Walked over 11,000 steps yesterday.
Can't resume bodybuilding because my shoulders are jacked, so I'm concentrating on shoulder rehab, stretching and walking. Maybe I can resume bodybuilding in February.
I'll keep eating according to plan for now, it seems to be working.
226.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
