I feel great, I lost 8 Lbs. this week.
I hope to GOD I can keep up this pace for about a month.
Praise the LORD for his goodness.
323.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
