Hello to all my FS friends! I have been on here everyday, but I have been ashamed to record my weight! :S I was bad, bad, bad this past weekend with @ fondue night with girlfriends, lots of oreo balls & then Olive Garden @ 8pm on Sunday night! Yes, I was bad!! But I have recovered now & thanks to the gracious Lord, I am back on track! I promise that I would NOT be if it weren't for HIM!

I am not willing to say that I am "switching" to Weight Watchers, but I am interested in what new light their plan can shine on my diet. I have done some research & think that I should be eating 22 to 25 points per day. I weigh 159 now & want to atleast get down to 150. I understand that you get 35 extra flex points per week that you can use throughout the week or all in one day. I also understand that you get more points if you exercise, but I don't have that flowchart to determine how many more I can have. I was shocked when I looked back @ my food diary & I've been using 30 to 40 points per day! No wonder I haven't lost weight in awhile! :S

Anyway, if anyone else can shed some light on this, it would be much appreciated! Thanks!

i have a print out at the clinic that i found when i was doing weight watchers last year. also you can get a small chart for your purse that shows how to calculate points and on the reverse side it shows how to calculate getting them back with your exercise.(they have these at the weight watchers store.)if i could find the ones i had i would send them to ya. i knew someone who took all their left over points that they didn't use at the end of the day and saved them for a big mac at the end of the week. he only did it if he was good throughout the week and didn't cheat.so he was kinda rewarding himself.i love rewards!!!!! good blessings to you in making your decision on going with weight watchers!
