An hour on the elliptical - made a great dinner - pork tenderloin and sweet potatoes - when I added up all the calories it was only 500 calories per plate with the spicy maple butter! Got some quakes at the store - they were on sale for 1$ a bag - I remember from my weight watchers that it was always a good idea along with having cut up fruit and veggies in the fridge to have something like quakes or goldfish pre-sorted by portion amount into zip locks when you just need something with more flavor!!
165.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
