Got my exercise in yesterday late! Busy night getting our Christmas tree, so we had good old McDonald's for dinner, but that's ok every now and again. At least I got my exercise in!
125.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

McD's in my area no longer has side salads. I used to order a side salad and a hamburger thowing away the bun and making a "tostado".
