I gained but at least know why. I didn't workout at all and I ate more and drank a lot of water.

Hope to get down at least a pound by Sunday.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.1 lb a week
