i went roller skating yesterday and feel it all over and lost 3 pounds maybe i should make that a weekly thing well ill see I'm feeling much better now and thank you for the support of fat secret
264.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love roller skating! I just renewed my love of it this year by buying myself new skates. Who says it is only for kids? Way to have fun and be healthy.
