Need to work on my water - definitely not drinking 8 glasses a day - unless coffee counts... :)
166.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

For me water is the easy part. I love water, but I know for others it is difficult to drink their 64oz a day. Keep up your good work.
