Well, there it is. I'm admitting my weight. I weighed in. It is what it is.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Let's get back on the horse again together ! :) We can do this ! Look at how well we have all done so far ! Way to go on admitting your gain... that is a hard thing to do... I always feel so horrible, but it is all about the forgiveness and moving on... I'm with ya, gal ! :) By the way, do you weigh in daily ? You may want to consider doing it once a week at the same time... I find when I do the daily thing it fluctuates too much.... Regardless, we are here for you !!! OXOXXO

Don't worry Debbra. Sit down and focus. Think about WHY you REALLY want to do this. Make sure you REALLY want to do this. And then do it. You'll find your formula.

Debra, you have motivate me to do better. This entire weekend I didn't write down not one point, and my weigh in is tomorrow. Whatever it is, I will just owned upto it and will be honest about, because of you. Thank you. Be Encourage!! The good thing is we can always start fresh.

Hey, that new blue dot looks like an EXCELLENT starting point for your new downward spiral! :) Some of that gain is probably just water you're retaining anyway and will fall right off!

We all go through gains. Now, it's time to make that go down and rather than gain the same 5 lbs, make it go down a little more. Your working out sounds like it is enough. Examine your food/ habits and see what it is that is holding back your progress. I know it's in you and you've done great so far. Good job on recording a gain even though that is really hard to do. We're rooting for you all the way!!
