I’m going to be honest with you and with myself! 2 pounds gained to top off the first trimester, for a total of ten. This is the biggest challenge of all my 4 pregnancies: the mental feat of weight gain.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2053 kcal Fat: 46.13g | Prot: 79.25g | Carb: 335.94g.   Breakfast: Bubba's Bagels Everything Bagel, Great Value Turkey Sausage Patty, IHOP Fried Eggs, Market Pantry Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slice. Lunch: Milk (Nonfat) , General Mills Cheerios. Dinner: Litehouse Foods Low Fat Caramel Dip, Apples , Cobblestone Mill Bratwurst Buns. Snacks/Other: Snickers Snickers Crisper (Fun Size), Ferrara Pan Chewy Lemonhead & Friends (Fun Size). more...

😬 just trying to stay accountable for the weight. It’s gonna happen but it’s tough for me mentally 🤯
