Up and down. Up and down. Still in range so it’s all good. Hurt my shoulder somehow so it’s hard to type. I’ll try to catch up on everyone’s posts once I can move my shoulder more.
121.4 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
