Well, I went on a little mini vacation last Wed. night thru Friday and knew I wouldn't exercise on Wed and Thursday but planned on doing it Fri-Sun but that all went out the window as I was having some really bad side pain. So I only worked out 2 days last week. Bummer, but I had a great mini vacation with an old friend. Didn't track my food all weekend or my weight and my weight was 125 point something all weekend and today it jumped up to 126.4 but good old Aunt Flo probably has something to do with that, but I also didn't eat very well the last 5 days. Back on it this week!!!
126.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
