Not bad since I didn't count calories yesterday. went to the Chinese buffet yesterday for my birthday /o: Ate what I wanted & didn't workout. just did weigh work.
117.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
