Went back to 2009 to try to figure out why I was so successful using this site 11 years ago - got down to the 140s - I am going back to basics again and matching day fir day - just starting 10 pounds heavier than I did in 2009 Charting food. Been quarantined for 6 months now due to Covid. Last couple months we are now going to Publix and Costco after weeks of home delivery . Cooking for 8 every night. On day 26 of no alcohol, day 27 of shred dvd and no difference.

Good for you to come back! I feel your pain. It's definitely a slow process to get weight off, but don't get discouraged. It will happen if you don't give up!
