Labor day and birthday celebrations have been completed. Yesterday I drank too much and I was paying for last night and this morning -_- I've become quite a bit of a light weight. but anyway, back on this whole calorie counting thing 😂
165.1 lb Lost so far: 8.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
