GOOOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!!...wakin up to more snow fallin this morning...not exactly what i was hopin to wake up to but better then the sleet we got yesterday afternoon...so ...guess it will be another morning of shovelin the drive again...hopefully it will be a light snow again today...also need to see if i can get into suv an start it up an warm it up to melt the ice off the windshield...gotta get out tomow afternoon, so thought today might be a good day to try an get it ready...an with the snow/ice as deep as it is..might take awhile to get it thawed out today...would be nice if moms appointment would just be called off...so another day of watchin it snow and hoping that everyone on the other side of me where the storm is trackin to is already prepared for it...cause its a dewzzy...i think its the most snow we have had in several years...all at the same time...mabye this will be a good thing an we wont have that much the rest of the winter...lol...wishfull thinkin...havent been to the gym in several days but guess yesterdays workout was as good as going to the gym..i do miss my morning walks...neighbor had out his atv with a plow on the front of it and was cleanin off the drive on the other side of me yesterday naturally i had already done the drive by the time he was out ....all the big boy toys and all i have is a shovel...lol...o well...might go over to my neighbors today an see if i can borrow his snow blower...but will have to see how deep it is first to see if its all that bad or not...well hope your all enjoyin this winter storm...i still have SNOW TO GIVE AWAY!!!!....yours for the taking...lol...lots an lots of snow...so come one come all...an bring a big truck or wagon...and make sure and tell all your friends to...

7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ..WATER!!! ...WATER!!!...FLUSH OUT THE SYSTEM !!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
14. EAT ENOUGH FOOD SO YOU DONT PUT YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE !!!!
15. EXERCISING SHOULD BECOME AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY!!
16. AND LAST BUT STILL SOMETHING TO REMEMBER !!!!....DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

I don't need any of your snow. We have 4" of our own. My son lives in Indianapolis and they have 9-10 inches of snow.

local news was just on...yesterday we had 4 inches..then yesterday afternoon we had sleet most of the afternoon, and then last night about midnite it changed over to snow again...an with what we are gettin right now we have a ..ta...da...total of 10 inches an its still snowin...

Wow! I didn't realize that our region got that much white stuff! Maybe you got more accumulation over your way! We live in a subdivision that is on the edge of town. There are bean fields that surround our neighborhood. With our snow boots on - we can trudge along the edge of the roads on the crunchy, frozen ground. Great cardio work out! Well - looks as if I have lots of time for Fat Secret today. Be careful Friend!

Our snow switched to sleet last night, so not much accumulation (a few inches) - just lots of ICE! I have a feeling the shoveling will be more of a challenge today. Have fun and be safe, twin!

got half the drive shoveled...an came in to change outta the wet clothes that i worked up a sweat in..an get another banana an a protein shake in me for the energy..still got the other half of the drive to do and a sidewalk...wishin it was done..also got the suv started an dug out so i can get outta the drive once i make a path to the street..gonna get 2x the workout today as yesterday...im tired ..lol...i can see an afternoon nap in my schedule today...catch you all later...

I love your mini goals!! Although I have it backwards and eat most of my calories at dinner to prepare my body for the fast between dinner and the next day's breakfast! Am I doing it all wrong? It's worked for me thus far.

the snow is over...the sun is out..the drive is finished and hopefully i had a great workout!!!..lol..

FakePlasticLala the reason i eat more of my calories at breakfast is i do my major part of my workout first thing in the morning after i eat a breakfast, then if theres no ice on the sidewalks/roads i do a morning walk, an then a gym routine..so thats why i eat the most for breakfast, then lunch, then supper...but thats what works for me..an we are all different so you have to do what works best for you...
