Lots of celebrations this past weekend and week and more to come Friday and this weekend. but I'm back on track today. I counted yesterday but was over my RDI and didn't exercise because I was so exhausted from all the work I had to do. that's no excuse though. I could've stretched or done something small but I consciously chose not too! I'm getting back on track today!
164.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
