Happy Monday!

I gained a bit and I know why.

Today, I am back on track. The goal for this week is to lose 5.4 pounds. Bought a recumbent bike and plopped it down in my living room right in front of the TV. Though I don't watch much, I made a commitment that when I am watching, I will peddle the bike, even if it's at a really slow speed. Why not right?

And today, I start P90X. I had done it a few years in the past but stopped. What I haven't shared, I don't think, is I had a pretty serious surgery a while back. I think I am ready now so Shoulders and Arms tonight.

The goal is 178 pounds by Christmas Eve. How's that for a Christmas present!?!?

Wish me luck.
229.4 lb Lost so far: 39.6 lb.    Still to go: 64.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sounds like a good idea while watching TV, I sometime do this with the treadmill. Wishing you all the luck, and hopefully you will reach your goal for Christmas, best wishes.

Thanks for the support. First day back on track and lost 2.5 pounds so that's a good start to my this week goal of 5.4 pounds lost. Monday is my next goal weigh in day.

Many years ago I would get off work in time to get home to watch Oprah when she was on. I would ride my bike and watch! An hour 4-5 times a week adds up😊 Back then you couldn't fast forward through the commercials🤣
