I was using Samsung Health to record my entries but they just removed their weight management and ultimately took away their most important part of their app. So I've downloaded Fat Secret and I'm liking the updates they have made I'm hopeful this will be my new go to app for this stuff. I had a plate full of pasta last night and this afternoon so amazing how it's only up .1 of a pound! generally I see it up quite a bit after pasta.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
