Day 4
Calories and water still good! 4 mile run yesterday with p90x. Pouring rain today - hope I can get outside at some point - hip sore this morning. Airport run with sister in law now.
167.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 167.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
