Day 2
Yesterday calories and water on point. Started P90x. Good start.
Hip still sore - no running for one week now. Journaling food and exercise is
the answer.
169.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 169.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
