Back again! I have not been trying very hard to keep track of what I eat nor get the exercise I should. With the holidays fast approaching, I really want to get back into better habits now.
165.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
