We moved and I maxed this year at a whopping 172 (June). I have it back under control now and I'm confident in my ability to drop the weight again. We actually now have a food scale! Makes counting calories so much easier. This was also with that I practically binged for a few days in a row around my birthday last week. My BMI hasn't moved very much and my fiance's (practically husband now, we legit bought a house together) BMI considers him at obese but I personally don't think it's very accurate. Maybe in my mind of constantly being around morbidly obese and obese people that the line has become blurred of what's actually normal. So we're on this weightloss trek together and keeping each other accountable.

I already know the no carb thing, doesn't work for me. What does work, is controlling my portion sizes and letting myself have a cheat day to solve my cravings. Makes me feel like I'm not depriving myself. Stephen (this morning was 199.6 and maxed at 205 at about the same time I did) hasn't really been on any kind of weight loss journey so he's going to try what I'm going to do because he thinks in the long run he'll be more successful. We are also extremely competitive people so he makes a good workout buddy and we feed off each other's energies of wanting to be successful. He has a more active job and I sit at a desk so working out isn't our top priority right now, it's more of controlling what we're eating and so far it's already working.

With that being said, I've been steadily working small workouts into my routine and that's a start. We are now getting a Switch and Ring Fit Adventure and I've always enjoyed games like that, I used to have wii fit plus.
