Ok - haven't been diligent this weekend - Friday was Japan Inn with Mai Tais! What was I thinking? And then Saturday we went to a show and had a bbq and I had wine (which was better than Mai Tais at least!!
So I've had my fun and now I have to crack down and refocus for the coming week!
Hit day 16 yesterday on the wii fit and my fit bank turned silver! 20 hours!
Today is one week since I joined FS - have finally lost one pound! hooray!
Oops - today was bbq at park and then drinks and nachos during the football game - uh oh!
Didn't realize how bad the nachos were until I put them in the diet calendar - MISTAKE!!


164.0 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
