Day 4 - gained back the 1/10 pound I lost! Oh well. I really tried to stay on point and didn't cheat at all too! Got up early and did 2 hours on wii fit - all the aerobics, strength and yoga! Now I'm crazy trying to catch up on the day.Daughter just called from school and someone picked her phone out of her back pocket! She's so upset.

Afternoon got better - made shepherds pie for dinner - used fat free margerine and sour cream to make the mashed potatoes - now I just have to get through my evening sweet tooth session since I have NO points left!

Watching the BCS game - GO Gators!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
