written this week off, line drawn. New week, new mindset. Going to use the food diary on here to keep track of calories.
I was even thinking of doing myself mini awards when I lose 5/10lbs to keep me motivated, what does everyone else do?
273.7 lb Lost so far: 15.3 lb.    Still to go: 23.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have certain items of clothing that I can only wear when at the top of my game. The thought of not being able to wear them again spurs me on!

Something as inexpensive as a new pair of underwear or socks makes me happy.
