went for my 6 month check up and the doctor was very happy with me. she had not seen me since I started my diet back in January. she hardly recognized me. I thought my starting weight was 210, but according to my chart it was 215! so I have lost 48 pounds. I am so happy. I feel great and I don't think any food is worth gaining weight back.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
