okay.... even though I still look and FEEL great...I'm gonna have to get my ass in gear and slow this down. 140 pounds is still acceptable for my 5'9" frame (ok, I admit, by evening it goes down to 5'8"), but I am not comfortable with this thing increasing anymore
140.4 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Oh okay. I had a teacher that claimed she got shorter each year.

yes we can shorten a bit as we age: compression of the joints is part of it but loss of supporting muscle tone is more so. Ab /torso exercises are really important for supporting the body and make a huge difference in how we feel and move. i like some of the & Min abs and 8 min abs on u-tube . I pick the ones that suit me best. I am going to try out the anytime fitness link. Thanks Pubgod 1.
