Saturday- cinnamon rolls, cereal, pizza, popcorn, tacos, beer & margaritas
Sunday- muffins, toast, grilled ham & cheese, potato chips, steak, zucchini, cauliflower rice, beer & wine...

Gee wonder why the weight gain?
194.0 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 16.1 lb a week
