Walking has added a good reaction to my activity level. I ees at less and smaller portions. I think eat what ever I want in moderation. Today I added weights to my walk. I used 3 pounds weights and worked my arms.
Motivation God woke me this morning... 🙏😊
239.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
