Well… What can I say, a week in an all included resort down South, and then, 3 weeks of confinement with 3 kids… here are the results.

Let's try to get back on track with the good habits. Low carbs all week, at least I shouldn't gain too much.

In other news confinement with my lovely wife, 3 kids and 2 cats is going very well, no one has been injuried yet! Just kidding, we did 2 six weeks trips in a 24 feet long camper all five of us and things were great, so we should manage a few more weeks in a full house!
