I've eaten crap and now feel crap for putting the weight back on.
how is everyone else coping during the UK lockdown?
I am a key worker so am still working but need tips as to not eat crap when the fresh stuff is short in the shops
277.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Same, I know how you feel -_- lockdown is making me stressed & eat during boredom, it's chaos here in London..

I bet it is, I'm in Leeds and driving to work is like driving on the village roads in France, so quiet

I feel you there, it's so easy to eat out of boredom or stress... comfort food is way too tempting!! I've been looking into snacks that I can graze on during the day that don't have a lot of calories so I can reach for something and not feel too guilty about it! If you can get your hands on some grapes and put them in the freezer, they never fully freeze so they become like a sorbet - they're really delicious! :)

I'm bored senseless just up the road from you blackfaery in Wakefield. I live on Leeds road n I'm really enjoying the peace from the road. I'm struggling at mo , just seem to be hungry all the time , doing home workouts to kill boredom n still keep reasnably fit but finding hard not to stuff my face lol x
