Hmm very interesting on my weight today. I haven’t exercised all week and haven’t been the greatest at eating well, nor have I been tracking. The world has been a crazy place lately and I just didn’t have the drive to do it. But I know that exercise is important to stay healthy so I’m getting back on it today.
I hope you are all staying healthy and safe out there.
May God watch over us all!
126.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
