實驗了 一週(2/20-2/27)自己研究的「外食減重菜單」,每天都有吃飽(有3次 份量沒抓好 吃太撐)⋯除了一天聚餐+某天有偷吃零食+ 3天有走路運動⋯ 統計這一週 体重 總共⬇️ 2.2公斤,体脂⬇️1.5%⋯ 体重54.4 / bmi 19.5
119.9 lb Lost so far: 39.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

我目標52啊,去年最低到52.8的樣子,只是去年半年都在荒廢亂吃爆食⋯ 我無法自己煮來吃,三餐外食,我也沒每天潑文啦⋯
