952 kcal Fat: 36.39g | Prot: 109.19g | Carb: 27.41g.   Breakfast: banquet brown'n serve sausage links, hard egg, chicken breast, cheerios, water. Lunch: country crossings pepper jack cheese singles, turkey breast lunch meat. Dinner: Franks red hot original sauce, Chunk Light Tuna in Water (50% Less Sodium), 1/2 kraft mayo, 1/2 water, one of my home grown tomato, water, lettuce. Snacks/Other: skim milk, pro complex protein shake, Gela Delight gelatin dessert(jello). more...
