OK today’s the day I start recording again!!! Weight it’s going in the wrong direction I’ve got bad neuropathic pain in my feet I don’t less pressure I can put on them with excess weight the better it’s showtime folks!!
224.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
