355.7 lb Lost so far: 72.1 lb.    Still to go: 155.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 33.6 lb a week

I don't know if you already knew this or not but, try to weigh yourself at a consistent time. Weight fluctuates a lot during a day. I usually weigh myself in the morning and I get a good idea of the progress I'm making. Good luck!
