Still on water pills, ankles' and legs seem much better, Dr. says will not proceed with anything untill get blood results..Getting old sucks, sometimes you have to take matters into your own hands and try to fix yourself ..I can actually breath again, don't have to gasp, going to try my spinn class tonight as I really have not felt up to it,,And I'm DO N OK !!For me it's 55 outside which for me is freezing out !!!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 204.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
