had a great lunch from Subway. chips, chicken noodle soup, turkey sandwich all for 550 calories. I couldn't even finish the chips. it's so easy with this tracker.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
