Not particularly a good thing or bad thing, but my weight has been weirdly consistent for last 7 days. There’s not even 0.1lb difference. Interesting…
117.7 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
