10 day binge following thanksgiving. Only worked out once. Ready for the holidays and ready to be back on my grind... back to low carb / sorta KETO starting today. Hitting gym at least 4-5 x a week and weighing daily and tracking my food! Prepared meals for the week and I’m ready!
196.2 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
